A wet and windy day in Cheltenham

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of working on a location shoot in Cheltenham with an amazing photographer who goes by the name of Ruggelz.
It was an early start, even though most of the prep had been done the night before, so about 7.00am I set of on what I was hoping going to be a dry if rather cool day.
The nearer to Gloucestershire I got the darker and gloomier it seemed to be and given the weather we have been suffering from recently I just knew in my bones that things were not going to get better.

I met the photographer, had a quick introductory chat in-between cloud bursts and he pointed out the location a deserted farm at the end of a very muddy track. Bit of a trek I thought, but hey ho, no problem !
We must have looked a right pair to the local dog walkers, Ruggelz with his camera bags and me laden down with my suitcase on wheels, large bag, me dressed in high heeled boots and short dress, but typical me, I always go to shoots with far too much stuff , better to have more than required instead of too little.
The farm was a great place to shoot, plenty of different areas, all with rain and wind in them at some point but gave a great desolate abandoned feel to the images. We worked like trojans, with possibly 10 different changes of clothing for me, which is unusual as I tend to spend more time out of clothes than in, but never fear naked flesh was bared in most of them as well.
At about 4.oopm, we packed up our belongings, me putting my things away as tidily as I could, but as is the norm I missed one item which I hastily stuck in my handbag. It was then a case of get back to the car, heater on and drive home.
Having travelled about 30 miles , the little orange petrol light came on and of course I had to stop for fuel. I promptly filled up and went to the kiosk to pay. On reaching the front of the queue I delved down in my bag to get my purse and low and behold what came out attached to the purse but the said item I had hastily stuffed in my handbag ……. a pair of very skimpy knickers !! I don't get embarrassed, but the young gentleman behind the counter certainly looked a little flushed lol. I kept my dignity, stuffed them back in my bag paid for my fuel and left, probably a little quicker than I would normally, but thas was my eagerness to get home after a long day wasn't it ?
As soon as I get the images back from this shoot I will of course post some but for now here's a couple more from recent shoots.
